Frontend / UI Designer at Integrove

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements;
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code;
• Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas;
• Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits;
• Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to our users;
• Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals;
• Strong portfolio showing your experience in mobile and web design;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness);
• Timely delivery and execution of assigned work;
• Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills;
• Team player to ensure successful delivery of solutions; and
• Understanding and open to criticism and suggestions.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in web design or digital design-related field like Human Computer Interaction (HCI) / User Experience Design (UXD);  
• 2+ years’ experience as a front-end developer;
• 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer;
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and style guides;
• Knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools;
• Knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices;
• Intermediate in Sketch and other graphics tools and wireframing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc.); and
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery.
