Full Status Agent - Jhb South at Pam Golding Properties

• The successful candidate must be able negotiate and sell property and combine successful marketing strategies to increase market share in their core territory while upholding the brand ethos and values to deliver exceptional client service and support.
• Must reside in Jhb South and have valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.  Must also have own laptop and phone.

Key Responsibilities    

• Canvassing and listing new stock; building relationships with homeowners while maintaining database.
• Must be able to use their knowledge of the area and property expertise when visiting a client.
• Arrange and attend weekly Show Days
• Must be objective and be able to apply sound understanding of principles when evaluating a property.
• Must be able to compile a marketing plan for each property.
• Attend monthly sales meetings.
• Must be able to represent the client (seller) in a professional and efficient manner.
• Must be able to negotiate on behalf of the client.
• Monitoring lead inboxes and replying to incoming leads in an efficient manner.
• Maintaining relationships with conveyancers, bond originators and other real estate agents.
• Keeping a breast of hyperlocal property trends.
• Building presence and authority through digital platforms I.E., social media.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role.
• Must be able to negotiate and close deals.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to people.
• Must be computer literate and have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Must understand that pressure and setbacks are part of the real estate industry.
• Energetic, self-motivated, sales-driven, people-person.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Education & Experience    

• Must have a matric certificate.
• Must have a valid, Full Status Fidelity Fund Certificate and must be up to date with all PDE requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or a role similar to that.
• Must reside in Alberton, Johannesburg South or Lenasia
• Must have own reliable transport and driver’s license.
• Must have own laptop and mobile phone.
