What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

• You’ll support the Head of Fund Operations in enhancing and implementing investment fund strategies. You’ll be involved in streamlining processes, improving operational workflows, and maintaining fund-related documents and agreements. This role blends project execution with day-to-day operational functions, including launching new funds and responding to regulatory changes. Your role will be key in building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external service providers across the financial ecosystem.

What you’ll need

• You hold a BCom degree and have at least five years’ experience in fund operations within financial services, ideally with exposure to collective investment schemes, LISP platforms, and regulatory environments. You bring solid project experience and are confident analysing complex processes and driving efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
