To thrive in this role, you will need to have completed Grade 12, as this foundation enables confident communication, problem‑solving and personal accountability, important qualities in a team that values leadership empowerment. The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is essential, as it ensures that you can interact comfortably with colleagues, clients and supervisors, helping to build strong relationships and contribute meaningfully to our people‑centred culture.
Your experience of at least two to three years in general gardening helps you step confidently into this role with practical know‑how and the ability to work independently. Experience working in outdoor environments, tending to plants, and maintaining grounds allows you to contribute from day one to a space that feels cared for and professionally maintained.
