General Assistant at Novus Holdings Ltd

Job Description    

• Novus Print: Paarden Eiland is seeking to permanently appoint a competent individual as a General Assistant within the Despatch department. The successful incumbent will report to the Mailroom Teamleader

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Deliver client requests on time
• Data capturing which is essential to this role
• Print and generate packing stickers
• Gathering and packing of printed material
• Maintaining safe occupational health and safety standards
• Ad-hoc tasks include general housekeeping and general assistant duties required from time to time

Educational Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience Requirements    

• Valid forklift and clamp license will be advantageous
• 1-2 years’ experience in a FMCG despatch environment will be advantageous.
