• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.

4. Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Measure: Customer retention rates, supplier satisfaction.

5. Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
