Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in wholesale or distribution management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of wholesale industry practices, trends, and regulations.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP software.
7. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
