General Manager at Kineo

Details:

• In this role, you’ll lead a high performing production team that provides services to other parts of Kineo, working globally across multiple time zones, and providing the highest possible levels of service quality. With the support of an administrator, you'll manage the office and ensure regulatory, financial and operational matters are taken care of. 
• You will ensure Kineo South Africa is managed in accordance with national legislation. You will manage all resources in support of Kineo’s business plans, through control of local quality, IT, facilities, and production services - which will all be in keeping with Group and Kineo policies and procedures.
• Team leadership, management, and development are critical in this role. You’ll be accountable for the effective performance of the team, including staff engagement, development, and retention. You’ll set standards of performance for all team members, agreeing objectives, conducting ongoing reviews and ensuring professional development. You’ll also be accountable for the team’s delivery of exceptional customer service, understanding and meeting client requirements.
• You will ensure that Kineo quality standards are met on all projects, and that all activities comply with ISO quality standards. You’ll drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role is also accountable for the commercial performance of the team. You will ensure utilisation and revenues within the team by overseeing resourcing decisions, supporting regional production leads, and encouraging efficiencies.
• Your management experience should come from a digital environment, and you’ll have the proven ability to lead and develop others. You should be familiar with managing multi-disciplinary teams. You must be able to demonstrate success in achieving commercial objectives, working to challenging budgets and timescales.
• Your personal abilities will include great organisational and communication skills. You should be able to inspire others to achieve their best. You must be great with customers, too, and be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders on an international basis.
