Required Skills    

•  Grade 10 or equivalent
•  Knowledge and experience in a FMCG environment.
•  Attention to detail
•  2 - 4 years’ experience in a food related industry would be desirable
•  Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, public holidays if and when required, shifts.
•  Must be a team player.
•  Must have a sense of urgency.
•  Be able to do repetitive and routine work.
•  Capability and capacity to learn quickly to apply learning's into roles of responsibilities.
•  Be able to work everywhere and prioritize workloads. 
•  Able to work under pressure.
•  Excellent problem -solving skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities    

•  Ensuring the highest standard of ice cream processes is met.
•  Ensuring that product quality and consistency is met at all times.
•  Follow the correct cleaning procedures for specified equipment as stipulated.
•  Adherence to and application of site safety regulations and policies.
•  Ensuring compliance of the products to the highest quality norms.
•  Assist in general housekeeping of department.
