Job Description

• To ensure that the store floor is clean, well-organized, and stocked always, contributing to excellent customer service and a professional store appearance.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Good communication skills
• Sober habits and professional demeanour
• Punctual, neat, and tidy appearance
• Willingness to work weekends, shifts, and overtime when required
• Ability to understand and deliver customer service
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Clean Criminal Record  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping standards
• Ensure stock is replenished and displayed according to agreed layouts
• Count and order stock as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Work effectively with other team members
• Adapt to changes in the work environment and procedures
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and punctual presence at work
