    German Client Liaison

    • At TLScontact, we work with governments from around the world to provide visa and consular services on their behalf to travellers and citizens. Our core expertise, built up in visa processing, enables us to apply our secure processing experience to a wide range of government and citizen services, both abroad and in-country. Harnessing new technology, we support governments in their digital transformation, helping to improve efficiency and enhance customer service.
    • We are seeking a German client Liaison, a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team in Centurion. The successful candidate will play a key role in the client relations and the operations department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for German Embassy as a client, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with applicants to understand their needs and expectations regarding visa applications.
    • Guide applicants through the visa application process, explaining requirements, documentation, and timelines.
    • Review applicants’ applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring adherence to company standards and legal requirements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with internal teams in 5 different locations across South Africa to resolve issues and streamline processes for improved client satisfaction.
    • Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within the visa or immigration industry.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
