Who we're looking for:
You must have practical experience of engaging in anti-racist education work and a deep understanding of racial politics and education politics, with a strong personal profile in relevant movements / circles and a good understanding of feminist and inter-sectional approaches. Demonstrable experience working in a multicultural context / environment is necessary. Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is highly desirable.
You should also have strong commitment to ActionAid’s values and ethos, including ActionAid’s feminist leadership principles.
