    Global Campaign Manager

    About the job

    • Are you a proactive, detail-focused, program administrator/coordinator who can help us build and run global marketing programs that positively impact thousands of people around the world? Provided you are reasonably flexible around time zones and can be available for key moments and meetings, then we don't mind where you are in the world! The role will report to the Global Client Development Director as well as the Global Campaigns Manager and will also involve working closely with the COO of Dentons In-House Solutions as well as the broader Clients & Markets team and colleagues, partners and lawyers across the firm in 80+ countries.     • This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual that loves problem-solving and multi-tasking and wants to be part of a team that runs some of the best campaigns on the legal market (don't just take our word for it, our clients have told us this!). To be successful in this role, your English writing skills need to be outstanding. We will help you develop your social media expertise, your understanding of what works for clients and lawyers and how to sell ideas internally and externally. In turn, you'll teach us a thing or two about how to manipulate an excel spreadsheet and deliver regular KPI data and reports. You will help us monitor our marketing campaigns, engage with stakeholders and give our clients what they need, when they need it. You should love coordinating, be happy to organize events and be great at sharing and updating information.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • The primary goal is to support the Global Client Development Director and Global Campaigns Manager to execute global campaigns successfully as well as manage engagement and coordination around our innovation agenda. The scope is growing and the variety is rich, but will include:

    Program administration

    • Engaging and communicating with key program stakeholders
    • Managing our email marketing communications and program subscriber details and preferences
    • Program reporting to include drafting and maintaining summary PowerPoint presentations
    • Managing and updating program data/client listings
    • Data entry, maintenance and analysis
    • Writing agendas, maintaining minutes and action logs from project calls and meetings
    • Supporting the production of program materials to help deliver the campaigns
    • Drafting program updates and internal communications
    • Preparing draft content for business development pitch and proposal documents
    • Maintaining and updating intranet and web content
    • Drafting and posting social media content
    • Editing video transcripts
    • Managing and updating credentials
    • Managing document changes and updates through design and digital teams
    • Building internal campaign portals to showcase materials, sales toolkits and similar
    • Providing first drafts of award submissions
    • Communicating with clients re follow-up work opportunities

    Innovation coordination

    • Coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining a program of activity
    • Maintaining intranet content
    • Organizing global internal webinars on innovation themes
    • Coordinating entries and awards for our innovative programs

    Marketing & communications
    About You
    The 'must-haves'

    • Ideally we'd love you to have 3-4 years' experience working in a professional services environment or matrix organization
    • Global program administration/coordination experience or experience working in a marketing function would be an advantage as would events management and coordination
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
