Global Network Optimization Manager Retail Operations
Develop the global methodology, processes and procedures for ‘the one best way’ of approaching, developing and executing a 5-year Network Plan.Ensure that a one standard approach for all capital evaluation and discounted cash flow analysis is applied and adhered to in every Region and Country.Attend the various Investment Committees as and when appropriate.
Ensure that Regions and Countries have the appropriate technical tools and systems to develop country specific retail network plans.
Ensure within Regions and Countries, that from site identification, demographic analysis, capital evaluation, sign off, construction opening/divesting and managing the post implementation reviews are owned by the relevant Network Planning lead. Ensure all post implementation reviews track and mitigate the commercial and financial KPI’s that were signed off in the original proposal.
Lead the global Retail Centre of Expertise and be the contact for all technical advice relating to Network Planning and Property Management issues. Provide the global work standards for Puma Energy Network Planning and Property Management.
Ensure that Regions and Countries have the right network planning and property management talent and capability in place to deliver their individual 5-year plans, assisting in the interviewing, selection, on boarding, training and development processes. Ensure that Regional and Country teams have a Network Planning and a Property Management succession plan in place.
To ensure that Puma Energy maintains competitive advantage by ensuring that that Regions and the Countries have an update understanding of competitor initiatives and activities within the Network Planning arena.
Advantageous Education
Engineering qualification.
Experience
At least 6 years working experience in network planning, within a fuel industry is a distinct advantage.
At least 3 years management experience.
Experience and understanding of Property Management (Landlord and Tennant experience).
