    Governance & Strategic Planning Manager

    What You Will Do 

    As the Regional Manager, Governance & Strategic Planning – RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey) you are responsible for collaborating with markets and senior stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and execution of governance frameworks, which involves the development, coordination, and oversight of our annual brand plans and three-year operating plans. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting strategic presentations and decision-making for senior leadership, with data and insights, and recommendations to ensure the success of our business objectives and goals. Internally, you will be working closely with Consumer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Managing Directors. This position reports to the Sr. Marketing Director (CMO) RAMET.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning and Governance: leads the structuring, development, and implementation of governance processes in RAMET, aligned with global operating model and in close collaboration with functions and markets. Manages the annual brand planning and three-year strategic operating plan processes.
    • Innovation Governance: partners with Brand Teams and leads the governance process for innovation, ensuring projects align with business strategy and objectives. Facilitates cross-functional team collaborations to prioritize and streamline innovation efforts.
    • Business Review Analysis: Regularly performs detailed business performance reviews and analyses to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provides actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
    • Strategic Presentations: Prepares and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership, summarizing business insights, strategic plans, and progress. Actively supports senior marketing leadership in strategic decision-making processes.

    Qualifications

    What We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in FMCG, including strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role within the FMCG sector.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and engaging senior executives.
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
    • Highly analytical mindset with a proven ability to process extensive data to make strategic decisions.
    • Experience working in a multi-country (regional or global) set-up.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and projects.
    • Fluent or Native English is required.
    • Travel up to 20% may be required.
