Grade 12 Tutoring Programme at Rand Refinery

GRADE 12 – TUTORING PROGRAMME SUPPORTED BY RAND REFINERY

Are you a passionate graduate with a strong background in Mathematics and Physical Science? We are offering an exciting opportunity for unemployed graduates to tutor Grade 12 learners at the following schools:

• Nombuso High School (KwaZulu- Natal)
• Ncuncuzo Senior Secondary School (East London, EC)
• Bjatladi High School (Limpopo)

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Tutoring lessons for Grade 12 learners at the listed schools.
• Past paper revisions and exam preparations.
• Provide academic support to Grade 12 high school learners in Mathematics and Physical Science in the build up to Grade 12 Preliminary examinations.
• Conduct tutoring sessions to enhance learners' understanding and performance under teacher’s supervision.
• Assist with examinations and problem-solving strategies.
• Be available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as during the examination period.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently unemployed Graduates with Mathematics (Third year) and/or Physics (Third year).
• Previous experience as a tutor is advantageous.
• Studying towards or completed a degree in Mathematics, Physical Science, or a qualification where these two subjects were core modules.
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communications skills.
