As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our BI and information governance capabilities, we are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate BI and Information Governance Assistant to join our team.

What will make you successful in this role?

• We are looking for a Graduate BI and Information Governance Assistant to provide valuable support to our BI and information governance portfolio. This individual will primarily focus on utilizing tools such as Power BI and QlikSense to analyze data, develop visualizations, and assist in the implementation and maintenance of information governance policies. The successful candidate will work closely with our BI and information governance teams to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, contributing to improved decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support informed business decisions.
• Visualization Development: Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and QlikSense.
• Information Governance Support: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of information governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
• Data Quality Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate data analysis findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data analysis and reporting processes, promoting a lean and efficient approach to BI and information governance.
• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and providing training to enhance data literacy and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in any of these disciplines:

• Actuarial Science
• Mathematics

• Data Analytics
• Engineering
