DRA’s Graduate Development Program spans the course of two years and is designed to ensure that engineers are exposed to all aspects of their chosen discipline. There are 4 key areas of development we focus on: Project Engineering, Site and Commissioning, Business Acumen as well as Personal Development. 

DRA is looking for candidates for our 2022 Programme in the following disciplines

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Metallurgical/Process Engineering

• Civil Engineering

• Construction

Minimum Requirements

• Completed (or will be completed by end of 2021) BSc/BEng or Equivalent 4-year degree in the above-listed disciplines

• South African Citizen
