Job Purpose

• This program is designed to provide structured workplace exposure and skills development within a dynamic engineering and projects environment.

Job Description

• Work closely with experienced professionals, shadowing them to learn about their job duties, workflows, and best practices. 
• Assist with project tasks and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing projects and initiatives. 
• Compile reports and make presentations to other staff members, keeping accurate records of training activities and achievements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• Control Systems (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• Electronics (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• Industrial Engineering (BSc / B Eng / B Tech)
• Metallurgical Engineering / Metallurgy (N Diploma / B-Tech/ BSc)
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (N Diploma / B-Tech) 

Other Requirements:

• Must be a South Africa Citizen
• Recently qualified graduates or candidates requiring practical workplace exposure
• No employment experience required
• Must be Physically fit (Medical screening will be conducted)
• Be Unemployed
• Must never have been on a previous graduate internship program.
• Must NOT be currently studying or planning to study in 2026.
