If you are a recent engineering graduate who is ambitious, charismatic, self-driven, and keen to work for an energetic company, the DRA Graduate Program is for you. DRA provides a truly diverse environment for engineering graduates to grow into well rounded and experienced Professional Engineers. With 16 global offices and projects across the world, DRA offers the opportunity for flexible career development.

DRA’s Graduate Development Program spans the course of two years and is designed to ensure that engineers are exposed to all aspects of their chosen discipline. There are 4 key areas of development we focus on: Project Engineering, Site and Commissioning, Business Acumen as well as Personal Development. 

DRA is looking for candidates for our 2021 Programme in the following disciplines:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Metallurgical/Process Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Construction

Minimum Requirements

• Completed BSc / BEng or Equivalent 4-year degree in the above-listed disciplines
• South Africa Citizen
