We are an established restaurant group, consisting out of 3 diverse brands, looking for a proactive, energetic, and experienced individual to fulfil the role of our Graphic Designer.
Role and responsibilities:
Create marketing and promotional material for digital and print platforms. This includes, but is not limited to material for print ads, web, social media platforms, newsletters, presentations and proposals.
Coordinate the production and distribution of a wide range of marketing communications, as well as branding and signage.
Create briefs, manage projects and liaise with other internal departments and third parties such as suppliers, printers, couriers, photographers and food stylists.
Maintain the high visual standards of the brand and assist in enhancing the group’s overall marketing strategy.
Source and create images around an established brand look and feel.
Manage projects to ensure that critical paths are followed and deadlines are met.
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s corporate website and social media profiles.
Maintain technical knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends.
Conduct quality and quantity checks on material.
The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Marketing Manager
Requirements
Minimum two years’ graphic design experience
Proficient in Adobe CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite
Photoshop deep etching and repro skills
Well-spoken with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and project management skills
Ability to follow and execute a brief
Excellent attention to detail (spelling, grammar, layout and formatting)
