Position Overview: 

• My client is seeking a talented and creative designer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding and communications, with the ability to think strategically and create visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding and communication campaigns.
• Brainstorm and conduct research to inform design strategies.
• Work closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive and compelling content.
• Present ideas and designs to the brand designer and creative director.
• Lead concept development and creative direction for digital campaigns.
• Design and produce in-store packaging, retail posters, and other packaging materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in branding and communications design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work.
• Experience with brainstorming, research, and collaborating with copywriters.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with in-store packaging, retail posters, and packaging design.
