Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the organization's image, identity, and brands
Review site design elements from a human factors perspective to ensure maximum usability and alignment with overall organizational objectives
Uphold the organization's website graphics standards, techniques, and methods to ensure consistency and professionalism
Stay abreast of website technology trends, identify new techniques, and implement optimal site design strategies
Work independently as an individual contributor, applying professional expertise with minimal supervision
Demonstrate a deep understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the web design discipline
Make informed judgments based on best practices and previous experience to enhance website design and functionality
Develop promotional and brand exposure videos to enhance the organization's online presence
Design print advertisements, craft email marketing campaigns, and create engaging social media content, including static posts and videos, to support comprehensive brand communication strategies
What You Need:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with Diploma/Degree or equivalent (IESCD 6 or higher) in the related field
Knowledgeable in Graphic software and Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in spoken and written English
Creative thinking
Strong interpersonal and team working skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage conflicting tasks under extremely tight deadlines
