Graphic Designer at Stryker

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the organization's image, identity, and brands
• Review site design elements from a human factors perspective to ensure maximum usability and alignment with overall organizational objectives
• Uphold the organization's website graphics standards, techniques, and methods to ensure consistency and professionalism
• Stay abreast of website technology trends, identify new techniques, and implement optimal site design strategies
• Work independently as an individual contributor, applying professional expertise with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate a deep understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the web design discipline
• Make informed judgments based on best practices and previous experience to enhance website design and functionality
• Develop promotional and brand exposure videos to enhance the organization's online presence
• Design print advertisements, craft email marketing campaigns, and create engaging social media content, including static posts and videos, to support comprehensive brand communication strategies

What You Need:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with Diploma/Degree or equivalent (IESCD 6 or  higher) in the related field
• Knowledgeable in Graphic software and Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
• Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in spoken and written English
• Creative thinking
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage conflicting tasks under extremely tight deadlines
