About

We are a small sustainable product brand offering a position for a Graphic designer who has excellent photography skills and experience in creating content for brands for social media and online platforms, must be keen to work on creating weekly content, working on client designs and inhouse products that may require graphics and slogans. Must have a keen eye for Instagram, and be in line with trends and brand marketing. 

Daily tasks

• Monday - Friday 8.30 am 5:00 pm - events or deadlines require after hours work 
• Photoshop/InDesign: Client logos, inhouse graphics and designs, mock -ups, design elements for products, presentations and social media content
• Designing Catalogues 
• Photography: product shots in studio and shoot lifestyle content off site
• Social media: Assist with the weekly social media strategy and creative ideas.
• Assist in daily admin and production if needed: running errands 
• Assist the sales team with business development when required 

Requirements

• Graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe creative suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Premier optional - would need to bring own laptop with programs already installed.
• Excellent photography skills. Previous portfolio must be attached
• Knowledge of branding and marketing lifestyle brands
• Experience in social media content creation
• Product placement photography and product stills.
• Drivers Licence and own vehicle preferable

Advantageous

• Knowledge of high end design and luxury travel and South African product design and lifestyle industry.
• Knowledge of international trends.
• Interest and knowledge in sustainable and eco design and lifestyles
