Graphic Designer & Video Editor at AFGRI Equipment

Description

We are looking for candidates that preferably hold a degree or equivalent in a double major in Communication Design and Film or Photography. The prospective candidate should also have a basic knowledge of Wordpress Website infrastructure. To promote the corporate strategy by designing and producing visual solutions for the company’s communication and marketing needs, which will visually appeal to, influence and market to an audience. 

Requirements

Candidate job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication design. (Double major in Communication Design and Film or Photography is ideal)
• Industry experience will be advantageous
• Skilled in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After-effects
• Basic WordPress knowledge
• Confidence to be bold with their work
• A background of working well as part of a design team
• The ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to interpret a brief according to expectation
• Ability to manage workflow and consolidate assets
• Strong conceptualization skills
• Strong understanding of video and image technical aspects of digital publication and frame interpretation
• Work well under pressure
• Intuitive and pro-active
• Team player

Responsibilities:

• Editing of videos for corporate and sales use. Social media use and specs are also required (Timeline Build, Audio Editing, Interview Build)
• Colour Grading (Baseline Grading Expected)
• Icon Design (SVG for Web and Branding Material)
• Assisting in the design of flyers, brochures, banners, billboards, assets, and icon designs.
• Assisting senior designers with social media image creation and planning
• Assisting on shoots and demo days as a b-camera operator.
• Always uphold brand CI
