Group Chief Compliance Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors
- Experience 10 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Johannesburg
- Job Field Legal and Regulatory
Purpose of this Role:

Responsible for identifying, accessing, and managing Compliance Risk within the Group. The incumbent will also be responsible for Regulatory Compliance Monitoring and related activities for all Group Companies.

Education and Experience:
- LLB or other Legal Degree
- LLM / or other relevant postgraduate qualification in compliance management
- FAIS approval for Category I, II and III. IIA will be advantageous
- CISCA approval
- 10 years related experience, minimum of 2 of which must be at a similar level of operation
- Understanding of the Financial Services industry essential
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding and ability to implement compliance to achieve business enablement and regulatory conformity.
- Able to support and enable group wide strategic initiatives whilst maintaining compliance standards.
