Group HR Systems Specialist at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide specialist system support to the group related to all the Human Capital Management modules on Success Factors, Cloud for Customer, and other systems supported under HR Global Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Analyse business needs and gaps to provide best practice solutions and specialist support to all the divisions   
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance, configuration, customisation and implementation of the Group HR system enhancements 
• Manage upgrade releases for all supported systems 
• Research new or change functionalities relating to systems under HR Global Support and Group Systems that are supported    
• Engage with cross-functional internal teams, stakeholders, third party consultants and divisional teams to enhance and build best practice systems 

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

• Diploma or Bachelor degree 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Sound experience in supporting and understanding the back end of an operating system (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, VIP, Workday)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 2 years experience in general Human Resources
