Guest Services Coordinator (JB4333) at Kontak Recruitment

Minimum Requirements:

• Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
• Professional demeanour with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to be sensitive, understanding, and responsive to guest needs.
• Calm, patient, and capable of managing stressful situations gracefully.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working hospitality hours. 

Duties: 

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
• Respond to additional guest requests such as booking airport shuttles, arranging transportation, and providing access codes.
• Prepare and serve light breakfasts, coffees, and other beverages to guests.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and care throughout all guest interactions.
• Handle all guest communications including emails and messages via WhatsApp and Instagram.
