Job Advert Summary
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Clover is looking for an experienced building handyman to perform elementary maintenance tasks.
- The suitable candidate needs to have strong plumbing experience.
- The minimum qualification requirement is a Grade 12.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
- Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
- Experience in working with senior management.
- Business English: Fluent.
- Work in extreme conditions.

- Displays resilience, determination and flexibility.
- Communicates effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform elementary maintenance and repairs
- Receive job cards to complete scheduled work
- Receive parts from maintenance store
- Repair elementary electrical and civil (bricklaying, plaster, tiling, plumbing etc.) tasks
Complete job card
Ensure safe working conditions
- Ensure safety requirements are met.
- Demarcate working areas where necessary.
