Handyman at Smollan

Handyman 

Smollan is looking for a handyman to  ensure that the occupied office space at various premises is maintained according to company requirements and Health and Safety legislation, and fix problems, as and when they arise. The successful incumbant must have a valid drivers liscense, Relevant diploma or certificate, or trade test preferable

Minimum Experience:

•  2-3 years’ experience in general maintenance
• Understanding of Electrical maintenance, Air Conditioning and Generators, Experience in working with Audio Visual equipment and Access Control Systems

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Communication skills (Verbal & Written) in all levels Customer Service Skills Asset and resource control   Ability to maintain of various assets Organising and planning skills

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

• Maintenance of various assets 
• Effective customer service 
• Effective communication with Line Supervisor
