As a minimum a National Diploma or advanced certificate in IT or equivalent NQF 6 qualification. A bachelor’s degree in IT (NQF7) will be an added advantage as well as the following certificates: A+, N+ CISCO & CCNA. A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant practical experience in an IT environment. A valid driver’s license.
DUTIES :
Attend and Resolve Information Technology related action requests. Attend and resolve network related calls immediately. Initiate and participate in ICT projects and implementation of projects within timelines i.e. M365 or any 4IR technology. Render information security, back-up, and recovery. Conduct user awareness workshops. Perform hardware and software audits. Ensure efficient and timeously communication with officials regarding Incidents and logged calls.
