Head: Change Management at Transnet

Position Purpose

• To lead the development, implementation of the change management strategy for TRIM as an organization. To position and enable the business through continuous change and transformation which includes people, processes, technologies and methodologies
• Responsible for the development and execution of a structured approach to change management and transformation which will enable TRIM to effectively define and manage outcomes, mitigate risks, assess organisational dynamics and develop the cultural agility that the organisational change requires.

• B-degree in e.g. Human / Social Sciences, Business degree with Organisational Development
• Post-graduate qualification would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10-12 ears’ experience in Organisational Transformation within large organisations with a complex operations of which at least 5 years at a senior managerial level;
• Requirement of trust and honesty in the handling of finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
• Must undergo Lifestyle Audit Standard Requirements
• Drivers’ license code 8
• Travel as required by the business
