• We’re seeking a creative, passionate, and highly skilled Head Chef to take full ownership of kitchen operations. This role combines hands-on cooking with team leadership, menu development, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities  

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team.
• Design seasonal, innovative menus aligned with our brand.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Control food costs and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations (HACCP).
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff.
