    Head: Dealer Relationships (Vehicle & Asset Finance)

    Job Summary

    To effectively and strategically manage and enable a seamless end to end sales and service model within the Dealer environment and ensure a substantial reciprocal business relationship between VAF and Dealer partners.

    Job Description

    • Sales Performance Management: Establish and drive the implementation of a strategy to enhance and optimise leads | Sales and Distribution Planning: Develop the Sales execution strategy and business plan for ABSA Vehicle and Asset Finance distribution channels | Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities

    Education

    • Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
