Head, Maintenance at Exxaro Resources

Position Overview:

• In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the optimization of maintenance resources, ensuring that our equipment is consistently operational and aligned with production goals.
• Your leadership will be crucial in streamlining maintenance processes, enhancing equipment reliability, and maximizing operational efficiency.
• As the Head of Maintenance, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact by implementing best practices and innovative solutions that support our production targets and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• N Dip: Engineering (Essential/Minimum)
• Trade: Artisan (Relevant) MQA/QCTO Accred (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
• B Tech Engineering (Relevant) (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years Maintenance within a Mining and equipment environment of which at least 2 years supervisory level Surface or Underground mining experience (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
