Head of Agency - Property Brokerage 

Brokerage and New Business Development Manager required to expand and manage a national team. Our client offers a variety of property services and is well established in the brokerage and property management space in Gauteng, Cape Town, and Durban. Their brokering team of 10 has the potential to grow to at least 14 by the end of the year and is able to attract the best talent by providing monthly retainers for experienced brokers. Although already performing well, a new leader is sought for this division who will provide training and support to this widespread team, ensure best practices are established, maintained, and managed, and who will drive transactional business and business growth through ongoing monitoring, mentoring, and maximisation of skills. Only business-minded individuals who have both people and sales division management, as well as transnational (leasing and property sales) experience over a minimum of 6 years should apply. Reporting into the Executive team. Travel (regulations permitted) is required. Role commencement would be 1 December or possiblyearlier. Fidelity fund certification is a requirement.

Earnings will include a basic salary as well as commission-based on target billings
