Welcome to the Car Finance Sales team. We add value by helping our partners customers to succeed. We are closely collaborating with Automotive industry in Denmark. As Head of Car Finance Denmark, you’ll play a valuable role in outlining the strategy in Car Finance and ensure execution with the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsibility for profitable growth of Car Finance business, strategy and sales at Nordea Finance Denmark
• Developing the sales culture and capture business opportunities together with our partners and customers
• Closely collaborating with the value-chain of Car Finance organisation to ensure increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Managing and developing partnerships with Key players in the Automotive industry, Nordea Fleet and Nordea Bank
• Being a Member of Nordic Car Finance Management Team and Country Management Team in Denmark

You will head an experienced team of seven Key Account Managers. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:

• Proven experience in leadership/sales management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotation
• Experience from Automotive Industry and/or Car Financing Business
• Danish and English, spoken and writtern (Superior level)
