    Head of Center of Excellence - MFS

    What You Will Do

    • Maintain and develop teams of Solution Architects, IT system experts, software developers, solution integrators, testers, security architects and recovery leaders.
    • Be accountable for Mobile Financial services PMO department to establish and maintain frameworks for projects and demands delivery, quality assurance and department’s performance metrics.
    • Normalize and maintain the standards as per FINTECH guidelines and best practices in use worldwide
    • Be responsible to provide input to the BA/Sa on roadmap requirements and participate in product design workgroup.
    • Own Mobile Financial Services standard use cases portfolio in alignment with Ericsson Wallet Platform product roadmap as well as customizations management in alignment with customers and market demand,
    • Setup and maintain MFS portfolio life cycle management related to standard as well as customized use cases,
    • Maintain security and recovery management practices and team to ensure customer deployments operations perform in alignment with SLA and customer expectations.
    • Participate in MFS Cluster forum to support on specific initiatives, providing thought leadership and technology guidance
    • Design, and secure the adequate level of comptences in the unit to support the business demands. . Plan for team development connected to MA needs. Engage with and endorse strategic learning initiatives.
    • Conduct Talent Management Plan job rotation based on performance assessment of resources
    • Define Performance KPI’s for the resources pool
    • Identify & implement best practices, drive improvement programs, participate in external & internal networks. Ensure adherence to global and MMEA MFS processes, methods & tools.
    • Manage and balance resources, cost, and competence (pyramids) based on business need and recruitment of resources ensuring diversity.
    • Consolidate of financial forecast, measure the deviation/performances in line with approved figures. .Approve and balance sub-unit budgets based on priorities and in line with spending threshold agreed
    • Adjust ways of working to local customs with consideration to Code of Conduct and local OHS and safety regulations
    • Ensure compliance and ethics and exhibit exemplary role-model leadership behaviors
    • Stimulate lead generation of support sales activities and maintain MFS sales funnel
    • Support customer escalation in line with matrix defined at function level, act as 2nd level of support for MMEA escalation
    • Maintain the assets updated (test plant) and solution artifacts.
    • Responsible for Configuration Management and solution inventory, and document storage and retrieving.
    • Own the quality management process, framework and solution repository in line with standard format and procedure in use in MMEA TEB MFS
    • Lead and drive technology workshop across the MA on strategic fintech initiatives
    • Maintain the Business Intelligence and competitive analysis aligned with MFS Cluster.
    • Support the Clusters with relevant information about business insights.

    You will bring

    • 10-15 years of experience in leadership positions within the financial, and/or ICT industry
    • Experience in complex financial/banking or IT systems Service Delivery. 7+ Years
    • Result oriented with customer first attitude
    • Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies
    • Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations
    • Strong delivery capabilities
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen
    • Ability to work across a variety of different delivery unit types (complexity, maturity, scale)
    • Developed analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies and value realization opportunities
    • Very good understanding of Fintech Process and Global Directive, Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models
    • Strong business, operation and financial skills
    • Good at handling resource planning and competence development
    • Program Management skills, preferable PGMP certification, and Risk Management Chapter as per PMI standards
