What You Will Do
Manages a complex category of significant scale. Leads market/consumer research and competitive intelligence and uses these insights to provide thought leadership on the development of mid-long term strategic plans and portfolio management for key business units. Oversees critical processes related to portfolio management, business planning, market research, new product development and roll out and business performance tracking for the key business unit. Develops leads and ensures execution of business plans against key objectives with a view to delivering against the financial commitments for key business units. Responsible for managing teams of marketing professionals.
