    What You Will Do 

    • The Perfect Store Specialist will accelerate physical availability agenda, implement improvement strategies to drive growth and track impact of changes made. To manage and track in store execution dashboards and drive opportunities for growth from visibility and promotional data. Identify, close and track distribution opportunities against aligned targets, and drive on shelf excellence using image recognition technology tools

    Key Responsibilities

    Distribution

    • Using internal and external tools identify distribution opportunities by brand and channel.
    • Align distribution opportunities with customer team to ensure that closing these gaps will be achievable.
    • based on customer strategy. Once aligned, share annual plan for distribution gains across SSA and AMET business.
    • Partner with shopper team to create convincing selling story and present to customer partners to close ranging gaps at retailer head office.
    • Develop & maintain effective relationships with key Customers category management teams to ensure effective implementation of distribution changes.
    • Work with KAM team and operations partners to close distribution gaps at store level when SKU is ranged, through equipping sales team with convincing data about opportunity for store and educating sales force about correct profile of range by store type.
    • Once ranging opportunity has been approved by retailer, track first sales into customer DC and ensure stock is distributed to correct profile stores. Using customer data create weekly reports to track progress of store level distribution.
    • Once ranging and distribution gaps are closed, use sell out data to report on rate of sale performance vs opportunity identified. Where necessary, change distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunity.
    • Prepare monthly summary of distribution performance vs annual target to be shared with SSA and AMET business.

     

    Visibility and Promotions

    • Using image recognition and/or available sales partner technology, drive actions raised by daily dashboard.
    • for on-shelf availability, share of shelf, and location on shelf (hand / eye level)
    • Create annual targets by brand and retailer for on-shelf availability (using MSL and distribution targets set), shelf placement and share of shelf (using brand toolkits and category growth stories provided by shopper team) and align those with customer, shopper, and operations teams.
    • Using image recognition and/or available sales partner technology track weekly progress towards target.
    • Flag any performance issues / deterioration with relevant responsible shopper, operations, and key accounts team and ensure actions in place to manage improvement. Track actions and report on improvement.
    • Implement strategies for achieving targets, including driving on shelf availability by closing distribution gaps (see “distribution” above), supporting shopper team with data to drive share of shelf and placement improvements.
    • Continuously ensure that products read by AI tool in the categories we measure are latest available SJU’s for Kenvue and competitor ranges. Inform service provider of updates in packaging / barcodes / pack sizes / launches /discontinuations as soon as we become aware of these and manage database update.
    • Track execution and implementation of agreed customer activity / promotion plans with sales and merchandising teams.
    • Communicate sales and merchandising progress against KPI’s each month and manage actions accordingly.
    • Communicate monthly activations planned in advance, and ensure operations team is aware of all elements required for successful promotion.
    • Using operations team feedback, and in future AI technology through image recognition tool, report on progress of promotion and compliance by store.
    • Acquire knowledge of the Quality Management System that have been adopted by the AMET Cluster of Marketing Companies and the relevant Quality System Procedures that are applicable to the job through inclusion of related processes and procedures in the individual training plan and implementation of these procedure in the applicable job related processes.
    • Maintain 100 % adherence in training plan timeliness and ensure appropriate application of relevant Quality and Compliance processes and procedures to the job.
    • Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance Head of sub-cluster in AMET

    What You Will Do 

    Manages a complex category of significant scale.     Purpose

    Support production (dispensary, manufacturing, packaging and distribution) processes to ensure these that these processes are optimised, reliable and efficient under the direct supervision of a senior engineer.

    • Day-to-Day Support: The Industrial Engineer Intern (IE) is responsible to properly support the production area to ensure optimized performance and processes.
    • Process Knowledge: The IE must understand the production processes for which he/she is responsible. This scopes scientific understanding of the process, knowhow on production equipment within the process and identifying risks to ensure execution in compliance.
    • Product Stewardship: This pillar scopes basically the ownership of the product as well as the GMP documentation in responsibility. The IE will monitor the processes to ensure they are capable and in control, will lead or coordinate any changes (change controls, transfers, etc) and will lead or participate in root cause investigations in case deviations occur.
    • Continuous Improvement: The IE should lead actions to improve the production processes and achieve leaner and more efficient practices. For this, the IE will identify improvement areas, evaluate risks and execute following Good Documentation Practices e.g., Change Control.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that procedures and process within area of responsibility are performed in accordance with relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
    • Drive and support close out of all relevant compliance related audit findings.
    • Responsible for performing line-openings and in process checks according to legislative and company requirements.
