Minimum Requirements

• Grade A PSIRA Certification
• Knowledge of MHSA is essential

• Risk report writing critical
• Driving the Operations strategy daily

Duties & Responsibilities

• The daily running of a site in liaison with the Operations Manager
• Attain and maintain a professional site standard
• Building and maintaining relationships with the client
• Management of staff including recruitment, induction, performance management
• Training and development
• Responsible for all industrial relations and Health & Safety on site
• Report Writing – Monthly reports and incident reports
• Creating site rosters
• After hours site visits compulsory
• Staffing – ensure site is covered as per contractual obligations

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote Profitability : Manage and control expenses,Strict adherance to operational procedures.
• Manage and developement of staff : Compilation of SOPS and training of guards.Ensure complaince and follow   disiplinary process.Manage the performance and productivity of staff and provide feedback.Implement and ensure a safe and healthy operating environment.
• Customer service quality : Conduct risk assessments,Conduct monthly customer surveysand implement continuous improvement initiatives. Attend to incidents ,Conduct investigations and reports. Manage customer and staff complaints.
• Administration : Ensure contract profitability through the efficient rostering of Security Officers including management and leave relievers.Analyse vehicle tracker reports. Manage the operations controllers by conducting regular checks.
• Budget : Manage and generate annual budgets, Meet budgeted EBIT targets 
• Stock control : Ensure the quality of stock is up to standards on delivery.
• Vehicle maintenance: Utillise the vehicle Tracker daily to avoid abuse of the company vehicle.
• General : Strive to maintain company standards and conduct daily direct communication wiht the regional director. Ensure you are contactable on a 24 hour basis.

• PSIRA registered Grade C1 with limited or no experience.
• South African Citizen
