Description
- Senwes Equipment is looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee workshop operations and support the effective management of technical and administrative activities.
- The successful candidate will supervise technicians, ensure quality workmanship, provide technical support, and assist with workshop productivity, customer service, and staff development.
Requirements

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Qualified Tractor Technician
- At least 2 years relevant agri-mechanical experience
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery
- Experience with John Deere systems and JCB equipment beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong time management and conflict management abilities
- Ability to mentor and supervise workshop staff
