An entrepreneurial boutique organisation wants to invite a well-rounded Head of Finance to join their team. They require a business-minded individual passionate about staff management. You will have to bring your exceptional knowledge of the analysis of financials.

Job Description:

• Actively manage the day to day compliance, risk and financial management of the company’s operations
• Ensure to monitor and develop the control systems of the company
• Provide the coordination, reviewing and submission of monthly management accounts
• Focus on the coordination of all audit activities to ensure all information is accurate
• Ensure to develop and manage all direct staff
• Hands-on development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
• Ensure to provide accurate timely reporting on financial activity of individual projects
• Provide the development and implementation of payment and cash flow policies
• Actively act as the soundboard for the business development teams
• Ensure to facilitate the annual statutory audits

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience
• Exposure to the financial service or insurance industry
• Minimum of 3 years' managerial experience
• IFRS knowledge up to date

Qualification:

• CA (SA)
