What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• A B.Ed or PGCE (NQF Level 7); an Honours degree in Education is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a High School education setting.
• Current SACE registration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, administration systems, and school financial processes.
• Must be tech-savvy with an eye for modern educational tools Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary.

The responsibilities are:

• Lead the academic, operational, and financial performance of the High School.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned to learner targets and growth.
• Manage budgets, enrolments, marketing support, and ensure school-wide compliance.
• Drive curriculum planning, quality teaching, and assessment in line with Curro\'s educational vision.
• Maintain a strong brand presence and foster parent and community relationships.
• Oversee discipline, pastoral care, and academic interventions.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
