Job Description

• The Head of Hospitality Marketing is accountable for repositioning Sun International’s hospitality portfolio to be relevant and competitive in the market.
• This role drives revenue growth by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across hotels, food & beverage outlets, conferencing, and entertainment venues, with a focus on optimising commercial performance across key revenue streams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce highly advantageous.
• 10+ years’ marketing experience within gaming, hospitality, retail, leisure, or entertainment environments.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an executive marketing role.
• Proven track record in campaign management, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience with customer segmentation, loyalty programmes, and CRM (advantageous).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
