Job Description

You will be the driving force the Digital Enablement Strategy, providing direction and lead the processes which all enable business growth development, whereby extending the influence through digital implementation.

You would have successfully managed a team while leading digital transformation projects and have extensive experience in designing, building and managing digital solutions and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years experience in a similar role designing, building, and managing digital solutions and platforms.
• Extensive experience in architect, building, implementing, and integrating complex internal and external enterprise platforms.
• Cloud Computing experience, overseeing the design, build, migration, and management of complex enterprise technology solutions.
• 5-6 years experience managing and leading a multi-disciplinary technology team coupled with successfully leading digital transformation projects.
• Understand core business processes, associated technical solutions and the Human Capital value chain.
• Expertise in key digital principles, including customer and employee centric design, prototyping, and agile delivery in a sensitive and complex environment.
• Financial Services Industry background is non-negotiable.
