We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resources. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources department, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Manage the performance evaluation process to ensure employees are meeting company expectations
Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, retirement, and other employee perks
Stay abreast of trends and best practices in human resources management and make recommendations for improvements
Manage the HR department budget and maximize resources to support company goals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
At least 7 years of experience in human resources management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other human resources software
Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that support business goals
