Job Description    

• Novus Holdings is currently seeking a highly strategic and confident professional who can proactively engage with senior stakeholders and understand a client’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in high-pressure client environments, able to process complex information, and skilled at identifying opportunities for growth across multiple business units including Print, Media and Distribution.
• The role will play a key part in driving collaboration across Novus business units, unlocking integrated opportunities and delivering cohesive client solutions across the group.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Engage with clients to quickly access and understand their marketing strategy.
• Assess the client’s current marketing activities and approaches, identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements.
• Position Novus as a marketing partner that helps clients grow sales.

Educational Requirements    
Relevant tertiary qualification
Experience Requirements    

• 5 – 10 years proven experience in creating and executing marketing or growth strategies that have directly contributed to revenue and sales growth
• Track record of working with large or enterprise-level clients
• Experience across multiple industries or business units is highly advantageous
