Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the audit function across multiple portfolios, aligning with the Group Internal Audit strategy.
• Craft and execute cutting-edge audit strategies to elevate risk management and operational resilience.
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance governance frameworks, mitigate risks, and create a culture of transparency.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
• Harness the power of data analytics and technology to revolutionize audit automation and risk assessment.
• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to governance committees and key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify emerging risks and implement game-changing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CIA or CA(SA)
• CISA (advantageous)
• Deep expertise in the Financial Services & Insurance industries.
• Min. 12 years experience in Auditing 
• Min. 5 years experience people management
