    Head of Internal Digitalisation

     

    Qualification and Experience 

    • 3- 5 years’ experience proven work experience in product or project management or as an associate product manager
    • A technology, engineering or business degree or equivalent
    • Evidence delivering technology based projects into established businesses 
    • Proven ability to have met business objectives through the roll out of technology solutions
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

     

     As Head of Internal Digitalisation, you will be responsible for:

    • Implementing technology solutions that address emerging opportunities within the business
    • Work with the Chief Information Officer and other executives to define projects and technology applications
    • Work with IT, Actuarial and Operational staff to ensure successful implementations and adoption of initiatives
    • Own Internal Digitalisation forum to report and provide feedback/ insight to business stakeholders with progress on work streams
    • Work with the wider business stakeholders to understand, prioritise and plan roadmap
